1. Engagement Protocol
Any project estimate or consultation booked via this platform constitutes an initial discovery request and does not bind either party until a formal Statement of Work (SOW) is signed.
2. Enterprise SLAs
Production deployment milestones, code warranties, and ongoing DevOps response times are governed by specific service-level agreements executed per client contract.
